Therapeutic Classes


This 8-week class teaches mindfulness techniques that have been proven to reduce pain and increase the quality of life of people with chronic pain conditions. The size of this class is small to allow ample opportunity for all participants to fully understand each mindfulness technique and to feel confident in their ability to practice techniques on their own.

This 7-week class teaches cognitive and behavioral techniques that are proven to improve sleep. The class size is small to allow more individualized attention in learning the intervention and in applying the intervention to each participant’s sleep patterns.
